The ladder

Two ways in. One thing being worked on.

Both tiers work on the same thing — the way you think about the work. What changes between them is how much of Cory you get, and whether you go through it alone or with a room full of other reps.

There is no price on this page. There is one application.

Self-paced · Start today

Foundation

Foundation is the self-paced way in: the online course library, on your own time, before anyone else is involved. It starts with the thinking rather than the tactics — the four types of sales fatigue, and what it looks like to act from identity instead of from a script.

There is no session with Cory here and no room to be in. Foundation is the material on its own, for a rep who wants to start today rather than wait for a group or a slot to open up.

A full hall of seated attendees watching Cory present beside a projection screen.
A full room, front to back.
A wide view of the same event, Cory walking the front of the room as the audience watches.
The same day, from the other side.
Cory presenting on a lit stage beside a whiteboard, teaching to a seated audience.
Keynote — teaching it live.

1-on-1 · Plus the room

Architect

Architect is the middle tier, and it is where most people should start. You get 1-on-1 sessions with Cory directly, plus the group room around them — the same work Foundation teaches, but worked through with him and with other reps instead of alone.

That is the trade Foundation cannot offer on its own: a real conversation about your specific situation, on a cadence, inside a room that keeps meeting after any one session ends.

Cory in conversation with another man, both seated, mid-discussion in front of an audience.
1-on-1 — the conversation the tiers are built around.
Cory speaking to a seated group in the evening, hands together as he makes a point.
The room — the group side of the ladder.
